Epic Wings is expanding at a rapid rate after announcing their franchise model in early 2018. After entering new markets including Mission Viejo and Corona, California, Epic Wings will open its first store in Arizona.

Wendy and Pat Crain have signed a multi-unit franchise agreement with Epic Wings to open three new locations in Phoenix, Arizona. The agreement projects the first Epic Wings location to open in early 2019 followed by two additional locations. “We are excited to open multiple stores in Arizona and bring our emerging brand to one of the fastest growing cities in the United States,” says Epic Wing’s President, Rob Streett. “As an Arizona resident, I am confident that our community will embrace our always fresh, never frozen, made from scratch daily award winning menu.”

The Crain’s moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2017 from San Diego, California.  While residence in San Diego the Crains became loyal fans of the Epic Wings brand. “We discovered Epic Wings in early 2000 and have been hooked ever since,” says Wendy. “The fresh tender chicken in the perfect sauce with freshly made bread sticks leaves your taste buds craving more.”

With over 27 years of hospitality experience including holding titles as Vice President of Operations (Wendy) and Director of Maintenance (Pat) for Belmont Park, the Crain’s will open Epic Wings’ first out of state location. “As a family owned and operated company, we are thrilled to welcome the Crain family to Epic Wings as franchise owners,” says Epic Wing’s Founder, Sam Sacco. “While we open our first location in Arizona, their experience with managing neighborhood centric and community driven food establishments will be instrumental.”

Epic Wings plans continued expansion throughout California, as well as Arizona and Nevada. The next anticipated location will be in Fall 2018 located in Mission Valley, San Diego. The quality and simplicity of the menu primarily consisting of chicken wings, boneless wings and tenderloin strips has resulted in 20 consecutive quarters of sales growth.
